“Our stay at the Davis Motel was great!!! It’s definitely got an old school vibe and reminded us of traveling as kids, haha. The welcome gift was much appreciated, and the laundromat onsite was a plus. The owner, Bill, was very helpful in recommending places to see in the area. And the coffee was probably the best we have had on our trip!”

“This is a really budget friendly motel off the turnpike exit. So it is very convenient and there's a great restraunt next to it. The motel itself is what it is, a bit dated, but all the basics are there. The owners are suuuper nice and helpful folks.”

“It reminded me of the Bates motel! It was just a very old small type motel that reminded you of something that was built. Maybe in the '80s or even in the '70s. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't what I was expecting at all. We didn't really need help from the staff but they were helpful when we did check-in and needed a few things”

“While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. Thankfully, our dog immediately started barking and charging toward the door, causing him to stop before...

“I like everything about my stay with the exception of the noise of traffic on the wet roads when I was trying to get to sleep.”

“This cabin was adorable!!! We stayed in one of the 4 person cabins and absolutely loved it!!! The view from the back of the cabin was awe inspiring at night. What an incredible experience! The cabin was fully staffed with a fridge, pots and pans, and some s’more’s to cook in the fire pit (the s’mores came in the cutest lil gift box). Wood was also provided at the campsite. This was a very memorable experience. The kids loved it!”

“Breakfast was horrible”

“The room was fine, a bit dated, but clean. The highlight was the staff - very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was…meh - just fine, but nothing spectacular. Pancake machine was not working (no problem for me, but there were kids there who were quite disappointed. Breakfast area was kept clean.”

“The staff was helpful as we checked in and after we'd checked out and discovered we'd left my cane in the room. The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. Everything we needed for breakfast was available with someone there to help if we needed something.It appeared that the interior had recently been refurbished and looked very nice and contemporary.”
